Up for sale is a very cool 2003 Gibson SG Special Faded in Worn Brown, featuring the sought-after crescent moon fretboard inlays and dark ebony-style fingerboard found on the early SG Faded models.
This SG has the classic lightweight, resonant mahogany body and neck, giving it that raw, open, punchy SG tone. The dual humbuckers deliver everything from warm bluesy cleans to aggressive rock tones, and the worn satin finish gives the guitar a great broken-in feel without feeling sticky or overdone.
The guitar shows normal cosmetic wear for its age, including light finish wear, small marks, and player wear throughout, but overall presents well and has a great vintage-style look. The chrome hardware shows some aging, which matches the vibe of the guitar nicely.
